ZLAN5840I can convert 8-channel serial port data to TCP/IP. Compared with ZLAN5800A, ZLAN5840I supports the Modbus gateway function of Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU. The Modbus gateway supports simultaneous data reading on multiple Modbus client connections, i.e., the "multi-master" function.

ZLAN5840I supports 8 RS485 serial ports, and the RS485 interface is a terminal interface. It supports two 10M/100M Ethernet ports, the user connects the device to the network through a network cable, and the host computer can access 8 serial ports at the same time through the virtual serial port or TCP protocol.
