ZLAN5W12 Serial Server is a standard 1U rackmount 32 serial port protocol converter between RS232/485/422 and TCP/IP developed by Shanghai ZLAN Information Technology Co., Ltd. ZLAN5W12 supports 32 RS232 serial ports, 32 RS485 and RS422 serial ports (5W12-422 model needs to be ordered), and RS232 supports flow control. It is connected to the ZLAN5W12 through a network cable, and 32 serial ports can work full-duplex at the same time. Each serial port can be used as a TCP server, TCP client, UDP, and UDP multicast. Supports 4 network ports with switch function at the same time.

ZLAN5W12 One IP address is used for every 8 serial ports (PORTS), and different PORTS are distinguished by ports. A total of 4 IPs are required for 32 channels. ZLAN5W12 It has the function of Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU, serial port to Telnet protocol.
