SMC Dryer IDG3-02 belongs to the polymer film air dryer, with the following characteristics:

High efficiency water removal: With the help of polymer hollow diaphragm technology, it can efficiently separate the water in the air, and the atmospheric pressure dew point of the output air can reach -60 ℃, which effectively protects the dryness of the air source.

Easy maintenance: The overall structure design is simple, no drain. However, IDG3-02 belongs to the IDG1-5 series, and the standard model does not have a dew point indicator, but the overall maintenance difficulty is low, which can reduce maintenance costs and downtime.

Flexible installation: compact size, light weight, easy installation, can be combined with the pre-filter (oil mist separator and micro-fog separator), suitable for a variety of installation scenarios.

Working range: Suitable for compressed air, inlet air temperature range of -5 ~ 55℃, inlet air pressure of 0.3 ~ 0.85MPa,
ambient temperature of -5 ~ 55℃. Under the benchmark performance, the inlet air flow is 37.5L/min (ANR), the outlet air flow is 30L/min (ANR), and the shunt air flow is 7.5L/min (ANR).
