SMC Dryer IDG1-02 is a polymer film air dryer with the following features:

High efficiency water removal: Using the special properties of polymer film, efficient removal of water in the air, the atmospheric pressure dew point of the output air can reach -60 ℃, effectively ensuring the drying of the air source.

Energy saving and environmental protection: no external power supply, no freon, no vibration, no heat discharge during operation, in line with the concept of environmental protection and energy saving, reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.

Easy maintenance: simple structure design, no drain. Although there is no dew point indicator, the overall maintenance difficulty is low, which can effectively reduce maintenance costs and downtime.

Easy installation: small size, light weight, easy to install. It can be used in combination with pre-filter (oil mist separator and micro-fog separator) to adapt to various installation scenarios and air source treatment requirements.

Operating parameters: The fluid used is compressed air, the inlet air temperature is -5 ~ 55℃, the inlet air pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.85MPa, and the ambient temperature is -5 ~ 55℃. Under the benchmark performance, the inlet air flow is 12.5L/min (ANR), the outlet air flow is 10L/min (ANR), and the shunt air flow is 2.5L/min (ANR).

Interface specification: Thread type is Rc, nozzle diameter is 1/4 inch.
