Product Introduction

SM100 series HART intelligent converter is a product developed by using ARM microprocessor, HART protocol modulation and demodulation chip, combined with a lot of practical experience. It is designed according to the requirements of industrial products, and has high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with standard RS232 interface and RS485 interface, which can transparently transmit data with HART protocol smart meters or read data using MODBUS_RTU protocol to ensure real-time data transmission. The HART protocol uses the Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) standard to superimpose modulated digital signals on a 4-20mA basis, allowing the HART protocol instrument to allow bidirectional data communication without interfering with the 4-20mA analog signal. SM100 series intelligent converter is an intelligent converter for two-way modulation and demodulation of digital signal and analog signal.

1. Equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 communication interface, you can configure parameters, change the communication baud rate and parity bits, regardless of the 1200 communication speed on the HART bus, so as to improve the running speed of the whole system.
